Commercial Description:
A full-bodied deep amber ale with an emphasis on malt flavor. Munich and crystal malts contribute greatly to the complex character found in this fine ale. O.G. 1.064

Tap, a dark deep red pour. Spicy aroma but not a sweet spice more like a vegetable spice. Tastes a lot like Mrs. Dash or some type of seasoning spice. Interesting. Would not buy agan

Tap @ the brewpub. Poured a clear red-orange color with an off-white head. Semi-sweet malt with a light roast. The flavor was malty and fruity. Some nutty notes. Medium body.

clear dark red, wispy off white head, streaks of drippy lace, light sweet caramel malt aroma with light earthy hops, rich dry caramel malt flavor, just a touch of sweetness from the caramel is balanced by earthy hops, touch of bready character,

OC tour, tap at brewpub: Reddish hue with a small lasting head. The aroma has notes of caramel, toffee, biscuit, apple and plum ester, and a touch woody. The taste has a fruity and malty note with some background acidity, The feel is very carbonated and lively, chalky finish. Okay, not offensive.
