Dec 5, 2007 OC tour, tap at brewpub: Reddish hue with a small lasting head. The aroma has notes of caramel, toffee, biscuit, apple and plum ester, and a touch woody. The taste has a fruity and malty note with some background acidity, The feel is very carbonated and lively, chalky finish. Okay, not offensive.

Aug 2, 2007 a roasty toffee aroma with some hops. Almost brown. A roasty toffee flavor. Sweet finish with a little bit of hops.
