OC tour, tap at brewpub: Reddish hue with a small lasting head. The aroma has notes of caramel, toffee, biscuit, apple and plum ester, and a touch woody. The taste has a fruity and malty note with some background acidity, The feel is very carbonated and lively, chalky finish. Okay, not offensive.

Dark reddish brown appearance, mild malt aroma. Sweet caramel and biscuit malt flavor, mild grainy dryness, hop content is low, slight bitterness in the finish.
