On tap at the Tustin Brew Pub in Tustin, CA. Poured a deeper amber color with a smaller sized off white head. Aromas of caramel, lots of maltiness, and I was getting some toasted graininess. Tastes of chocolate, caramel, and the same toasted grains.

OC tour, tap at brewpub: Reddish hue with a small lasting head. The aroma has notes of caramel, toffee, biscuit, apple and plum ester, and a touch woody. The taste has a fruity and malty note with some background acidity, The feel is very carbonated and lively, chalky finish. Okay, not offensive.

Cask. Poured a murky brown color that looked like unfiltered iced tea with a nice sized head. Aroma was a vanilla maltiness and mellow hops. Initial taste is a mild bitterness, however a bit watery with a touch of maltiness. Finish had a lingering bitterness. Somehow, still creamy and smooth.
