Cask: Pours a hazy peach color with a long lasting white fluffy head. Aroma is tart lactic acid, clove, a hint of banana, and some wheat. Flavor is lightly fruity, wheat, lactic acid, hints of banana, clove, and a warming alcohol.

Jun 8, 2008 Cask. Cloudy, light yellow color. Tart aroma hints of citrus fruit. Grassy, wheaty flavor with underlying yeast notes. Sour finish, but doesn’t pucker the lips.
