Cybercat (778), Georgia, USA Aug 17, 2008 Comfort pours a nice clear amber with a fairly fluffy off-white head. Aroma is not strong but still inviting - malty with some fruity undertones. Flavor is malty with some hop bitterness. Texture is smooth and fairly thick, and lively on the tongue. It goes down smoothly but leaves an edgy aftertaste. ChainGangGuy (2522), Kennesaw, Georgia, USA Aug 13, 2008 Appearance: Pours a clear, light copper body with a thin, white head with tons of spider web lacing along the way.
Smell: Very mild aroma smelling simply of grains and hops.
Taste: Light biscuity malts, mildly sweet. Mild bitterness. Tiny, tiny hint of apple. Bittersweet finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-thin body. Medium carbonation.
Drinkability: Extra light, yes. Extra comfort, well, I dunno about that one. Listen to unclemattie -- would he lie? unclemattie (2370), Georgia, USA Aug 12, 2008 Tap.
