clear dark brown, fine tan head, thick lace, dry roasted malt aroma with light chocolate, rich dark chocolate flavor, light roasted character, just a touch of hop flavor and bitterness to keep it dry and balanced but not to get in the way of the chocolate, thick creamy body combines with the chocolate flavor to give the impression of a thick chocolate soda,

Dark brown in color. Very full flavor. Lots of rich toffee and caramel. Takes a brown ale to the limit. Almost porter like.
