Dec 1, 2009 Clear yellow, whitish foam. Aroma is corn, sweet, metallic. Taste is more corn sweetness, pale malts.

Oct 21, 2009 draft sample at The 2009 Great Decatur Beer Festival on 10/17/09... pours a clear golden color with a small white head... some yeast on the nose... very drinkable with a nice malt presence and light bitterness on the finish.

Feb 6, 2009 Slightly hazy golden straw. Fresh 2-row nose is slightly doughy. Soft, herbal hop and gentle bitterness throughout, with doughy pale malts. Good for the type.

Feb 4, 2009 Clear medium gold, small white head. Clean, fresh sweet cereal aroma also has fruitiness. Clean body, medium carbonation. Nice grain body, lots of solid character and some hops for balance in finish. Not bad at all!

Oct 20, 2008 Draught. Low fluffy white and quickly disappearing head. Clear golden body. Mild fruity aroma. Dry hops bitterness with the flavor apart from the fruityness. High carbonation, long bitter aftertaste.

Sep 20, 2008 On tap at the brewpub. Poured a bright golden color that was slightly transparent. I got a lot of spicey aromas and flavors. Some banana fruit in the flavor as well. The finish was a little bitter and did not finish well for me. Up until the finish was a pretty smooth enjoyable drink.

Aug 17, 2008 This comes out of the tap a lovely clear golden color with a fairly thick white head. Aroma is richly malty and has just a hint of fruit. Flavor is smooth and malty with some hop bitterness and an undertone of apple or pear. Texture is smooth and crisp, making this a singularly pleasant ale to drink.
