Commercial Description:
A beautiful golden ale balanced with Liberty Hops is clean and finishes nicely. This is a promising thirst quencher.

This comes out of the tap a lovely clear golden color with a fairly thick white head. Aroma is richly malty and has just a hint of fruit. Flavor is smooth and malty with some hop bitterness and an undertone of apple or pear. Texture is smooth and crisp, making this a singularly pleasant ale to drink.

This one pours a perfectly clear gold with a creamy head that laces nicely. The aroma tingles the sinuses with good peppery hops. The flavor starts off with dry straw malt and finishes with lingering bitterness. This is either a good dry pils or a very pils-like golden ale.

Golden color, as expected. Well balanced ale. I could drink this every day. GREAT session ale.

draft sample at The 2009 Great Decatur Beer Festival on 10/17/09... pours a clear golden color with a small white head... some yeast on the nose... very drinkable with a nice malt presence and light bitterness on the finish.

Slightly hazy golden straw. Fresh 2-row nose is slightly doughy. Soft, herbal hop and gentle bitterness throughout, with doughy pale malts. Good for the type.

Draft. Pours a clear, golden. Thin, white head with a good bit of lacing. Aroma is lightly sweet, with some honeysuckle. Flavor is a bit floral with a tiny bit of sweetness that lingers. Dry, bitter finish.

On tap; yellow in color. Aroma is of grain and is slightly sweet. Flavor of biscuit and grain; sweet; with a minimal amount of flowery hops.
