opaque dark yellow, big creamy white head, thick lace, big tart clove aroma with only a hint of fruityness and eventually some bubblegum, dry wheat flavor, nice lingering banana sweetness, starts off with a clove aroma and banana flavor and then switches back and forth creating a nice interplay,

NachlamSie (1630), Tennessee, USA May 11, 2007 Draught. Pours a cloudy yellow with a tall white head. The aroma has the token notes of banana, wheat, tart grassiness. I found this to be not as sweet as some others in the style with more apparent tartness. This is refreshing with a pleasing level of banana and faint spiced notes, though I think it could use a bit more character. It’s a nice drink though, especially in the brutal Hotlanta weather.
