Tap @ BP. My favorite of the 3 beers I sampled. Huge hop presence for a PA. An excellent brew for a hops lover who doesn’t want a big, filling beer.

This one pours a warm, dark amber that is semi-transparent and rather appetizing. Flavor is strong and hoppy with a hint of lemon and an evergreen undertone. Flavor is very hoppy and evergreen-ish and has a good lemony touch, plus some malty tones. Aftertaste is fairly but not fiercely bitter. A must for anyone who loves hops.

Draught. Pours a cloudy orange with a tall white head. The nose is robust and refreshing with hints of strong grapefruit and a citrus bouquet, tea, honey. The flavor is nicely drying with superb balance and cleanliness of flavor. More notes of pine, grapefruit, herbs in the flavor. This is one of those superior APA’s that keeps me coming back to the style.

On tap at the brewpub on 1/26/07: Pours a clear bright bronze golden with a nicely-lacing frothy white head. Good, fresh grapefruity hoppy aroma has a touch of pale malty sweetness. Body starts with pleasant light malty and fresh hoppy balance. Very drinkable without sacrificing flavor or body.

Good white head and lace on cloudy peachy golden. C-hop aroma. Creamy mouthfeel and then drying. Just an understated IPA these days based on the malting. Six malts.A very good pale.

This clear copper colored APA produces a long lasting, one fingered head of off-white. Flowery hop aroma. The flavor is mildly bitter with good malt support that finishes with a touch of dryness. Very drinkable and not at all badly done.

Nice. Yellow with a white head. malty beginning, yeasty....warm bread. Clean finish....almost soapy, but in a good way. Great grassy hops.
