Commercial Description:
Light bodied, American style wheat beer. A follow up of Wit & Humor only this is a bit more hoppy and less of the banana/clove esters provided from its Bavarian counterpart.

Appearance: Pours a clear, lightly hazy, pale copper body with a very thin, white head. Smell: Clear cut allspice scent before a bit hit of banana and wheat. Taste: Wheat bread blended with banana extract and a middling sweetness throughout. Big pinch of allspice. A drop of Maggi. Light bitterness. Fruity, spicy finish. Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Medium-low carbonation. Drinkability: I have been shanghaied aboard a banana boat!

tap. Super cloudy/hazy golden. aroma of dough and hummus. Hints of lemon, and yeast. A hearty, sturdy aroma. Flavor is rich, bready, citrus zest, and lots of wheat malt. big bread, some clove, olive juice. lingering citrus notes. What a great weizen.
