An excellent dark ruby brown with a good beige head and great condition. Aroma of fruit, chocolate malt, glorious earth and malt plus some light hops. The flavour is pretty much as the nose but done so well. The earthy malt is plucked fresh from the ground still covered in soil. Excellent smoke, roasted nuts and hop finish. Great stuff, typical Tom. Pyobon (272), Sydney, Australia
