May 17, 2007 Clear brownish copper. Not much going on in the nose - some caramel. Palate is very light, mild carbonation. Not much flavor - very light caramel.

May 16, 2007 Pours a plain-jane brown. Aroma is astringent and off, but there’s some light caramel and wood behind the weirdness. Tastes....brown? Mildly hoppy in the finish, but very little about this beer left much of an impression at all. Drinkable.

Apr 26, 2007 Bottle poured a clear dark reddish brown with a small lingering tan head. Aromas of chocolate, carmel, nuts and a hint of toffee. Palate was light bodied and smooth. Flavors of milk chocolate, carmel and nuts with a smooth semi-sweet finish.

Mar 9, 2007 bottle. brown pour that is easily seen through with a coal hued white head that remains as a skin throughout. tree bark and honey nose with a bit of walnut. taste is well, unremarkable, thin mouthfeel, light oaky cashew flavor with a freshly cleaned glass flavor. if you’ve ever licked a clean razor blade you already know what this tastes like.

Nov 4, 2006 on tap-pours a thin, light tan head with lacing and ruby red with brown color. Aroma is sweet-honey medium malt. Taste is sweet-honey medium malt-caramel, roasty. Faint hops. Medium/full body.

Jul 15, 2006 A lighter styled brown ale, with a bit of a nutty caramel nose. Bittersweet honey in the background of the malt profile, with a bit of a black tea flavor going on as well. Just enough roastiness, not bad, but not great.
