Commercial Description:
Our newest beer in the lineup. This India Pale Ale is loaded with hops yet balanced with a malty sweetness. A fine beer from the first aroma sense to the finish!

Bomber thanks to BlackforestCO. Pours a nice dark orange with a billowing, creamy beige head. Awesome nose, gettin me a little excited here, piney grapefruity goodness. Good citrus flavors, light mouthfeel, with a descent hop punch. The smell is definetly the best thing about the brew, but its definetly no slacker of an ipa. Good be a pretty nice session.

22oz bottle (10/8/08 Pre GABF Tasting)-Pours a hazy orange with a nice tight off white head. Aroma of hops, citrus, and grapefruit. Flavor was the same with a little dryness thrown in. This light to medium bodied brew was not bad.

Bright hoppy smell, very fresh. The taste is bitter but full, cascade hops, and a slightly thin palate. There is a slightly unpleasant taste near the end. After the drink the thiness of the palate really stand out, with no lasting aftertaste. The beer is good but could be much better.

This smells great. Floral and bitter hops. The beer doesn’t live up to the great aroma. A nice flavor, but just too light. Disappointed.

Aroma is a bright citrus hop scent. Color is an orange/brown with good carbonation and a thin tight head. It starts with a medium body that goes down with a crisp feel. Finish comes in with a little citrus taste, a very light malt flavor then a hay or alfalfa like hop flavor and ends with a bold bitterness. Overall it has some interesting flavor and is evenly complex.

Pour is a cloudy but bright orange. Aroma is mildly hoppy with not much in the way of malts showing up. Flavor is again lots of hops with not a big malt presence. This is basicially just a big hop soda. Still if you love hops this would be ok in a pinch.

Copper pour with white head. Hoppy pine and citurs nose. Flavor is orange peel, bitter with very little malt to balance it out. Finish is dry and bitter with hops.

Draft at the brewpub. A hazy amber beer with a lazing white head. The aroma is lovely grassy hoppy which also lends it notes of pine needles and citrus. The flavor is sweet and very hoppy which primarily gives it notes of grass and pine needles, leading to a dry and very bitter finish.
