Bomber thanks to BlackforestCO. Pours a nice dark orange with a billowing, creamy beige head. Awesome nose, gettin me a little excited here, piney grapefruity goodness. Good citrus flavors, light mouthfeel, with a descent hop punch. The smell is definetly the best thing about the brew, but its definetly no slacker of an ipa. Good be a pretty nice session.

Dec 17, 2009 Not sure why this beer isn’t rated higher. Very close to a Racer 5. Clean, crisp, piney, and fairly hoppy. I can’t stand the malt bomb IPA’s and this is not one of those. Overall pretty nice.

Dec 13, 2009 Bottle courtesy of ericandersnavy. Pours a hazy bright caramel orange color with massive two finger foamy head that settles quickly but laces the glass. Aroma is sweet and floral with notes of caramel, grapefruit, honey, citrus, floral hops, light pine, some floral esters. Flavor is sweet and floral with notes of floral hops, grapefruit, pine, fresh ripe fruit, honey, caramel, light floral esters. Medium body with a floral hop finish.

Nov 24, 2009 The Dan Journal #306. Tasted 9/27/09. 12oz bottle. Hazy and sedimented. Soapy and citrus aromas. All hops. Medium bodied with toasty malts and a huge, bright bitterness. Very dry finish. Lotta sediment in the later half. Tasty, but not overly complex.

Nov 8, 2009 Bottle thanks to ericandersnavy. Real fresh grapefruit, floral aroma that lit up the nose. Copper body with decent head. If the flavor would have been like the aroma, this beer could have been a "5". But the flavor was a decent IPA - citrusy. Cool and crisp on the palate. Good brew. Pours a watery yellow with an aroma and taste of corn flakes. Watery mouthfeel. This beer is liquified corn flakes; perhaps a bad batch?
