| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Apr 17, 2005 Slightly hazy and golden. Crisp, light mouthfeel, but not necessarily watery. Wonderful malt flavors -- chewy wheat, nutty grains and a wholesome earthiness, with a curious element of woodsiness. Very mild bitterness. Overall it’s a mild beer, but it’s very well made and pretty tasty. Murphy (1759), Fort Collins, Colorado, USA

Body is medium yellow.
Aroma is lightly malty (grain), lightly hoppy (lemon), lightly yeasty (sweat).
Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly acidic.
Finish is lightly sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter.
Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation.
This is the base beer used for the Raspberry wheat, and will likely be bottled for the summer (though the name may change). Not sure why this was being poured at a strong ale fest. luckygirl (1221), Boulder, Colorado, USA
| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Jun 11, 2006 Sample at the brewery on 6/10/6. Beer was clear and light gold with a small, froty, white mostly diminishing head. The aroma was really empty, just a trace of toasted grain, but it was flawless, which is something for a light-colored beer like this. It’s something I’d consider slinging into the cooler at a party, but I’d never drink it again. The flavor was lightly sweet, lightly acidic and lightly bitter with a short, clean, trace bitter finish. The body was light, the texture was watery and the carbonation is lively-to-soft.
