I think this is the beer I had, it was called Two Brothers Mild I think at Local Option, Chicago. Clear light amber color with medium white head. Aroma is floral hops and subtle grainy malt. Flavor is much the same, pretty unoffensive and drinkable. Medium, creamy body. In style, nothing exciting.

Draft at the brewery. Attractive aroma of flower blossom, fruit pasty, and subdued orange marmalade. Poured a clear gold color. The head was thick and white with good retention and lacing. Light bodied and delicately sweet with mild to moderate hop bitterness (3-4/10). I tasted caramel, dry toast, and citrus fruit (especially lemon). Good stuff.

Had this one on draught at the brewpub in Warrenville, Illinois. Hazy, bubby dark yellow pour with a thick bubby off-white head, rosy hoppiness and sour apples in the nose, nice and nuanced flavor with some flowery hops, fading into a citrusy hoppiness. Pretty good, especially for an ESB.

On tap at Jerry’s. (New release - draft only.) Amber-gold with modest white head / Nose of dry hops and caramel / Medium body, modest malts with very dry, bitter hops and finish / Flavors of dry herbs with notes of peaches and caramel / Lacks the desired creaminess of a good bitter.
