amazing!!! what can improve the awesome flavors provided by an unfiltered beer chock full of yeast, and brewed with wheat? toasty malt of course! the malt sweetness would be overwhelming and cloying if not for the banana and clove which are almost more distinct here in this context then in any other weizen ive experienced recently, at least one brewed outside of germany. strong weizen yeast notes of fruit, malt sweetness, very round mouthfeel, calming, enjoyable all the way!

Bottle. Foggy brown pour with a head size tan head. Aroma of dark fruit, yeast and banana. Similar flavor with some sweet maltiness and a touch of chocolate. Nice smooth malty mouthfeel with just enough carbonation in the finish. Very nice beer.

Bomber at Jerrys. Mahogany with decent, creamy tan head / Charry, malt and chocolate nose / Medium body, spritzy and malty, with good finish / Flavors of toast, milk chocolate, caramel, banana, cloves, and vanilla / Muted but complex flavors.

Bottle pours like a prune juice color with very little head or lace, just a ring and surface haze with island. The aroma is of roasted wheat, some dark fruits, some hints of dark chocolate, and wheat yeast complexities that are too numerous to list. The flavor is sour cherry, dark and unsweetened chocolate, some other worldly fruit notes, wood, vanilla, cloves, over the top banana, and just plain complex enough to be delicious. The palate is quick finishing and refreshing. Overall, this is a very nice surprise.

Bottle from tytoanderso. Pours dark brown with a thin white head. Smells of caramel, some fruity hints. Tastes tarte and sweet with some nice spicy hints. Very enjoyable.

Bottle: Deep mahogany hue with a fluffy tan head and spotty lacing. The aroma has notes of roasted malt, caramel and bready vapours with a pear, banana, bubblegum phenolic esters. The taste starts fruity and chewy with lots of roasty malt and powerful yeast character. Woody and dry finish with a hint of smoke, chocolate, and allspice. Soft yet carbonated mouth feel which works with the flavor profile. Very well done brew and Mikey Likey for sure.

Murky dark brown pour, Aroma is like a bonfire, lots of smoke and wood, banana bread, clove,. Flavor is estery, wood, bananas, bread. This is a really awesome wheat beer, might be one of the best from two brothers.

22oz bottle in a Melbourn Bros glass. It pours with a thick, dark brown color and a medium head that slowly fades and leaves a thick, snowbank-like lacing on the sides of the glass. Aroma is definitely dunkelweizen with the signature earthy and estry mix for the style. More specifically, light brown banana with muddy leaves/wet forest and a bit of bark. Taste is is a bit more stripped down earthiness with weak esters and just a bit too commercial and empty. More specifically, lightly plastic and faintly sweet raisin-y bread on a wet dark day. Leaves a slight black banana bread aftertaste. An average mouthfeel and carbonation. Nice stab but I would like a bit more flair next in this one.
