JoeMcPhee (4893), Jackson Heights, New York, USA Sep 19, 2009 Golden colour. Nice, clean lagered nose. Crackery/bready malts and a touch of light biscuity character. A little bit of caramel and a decent noble hoppiness. Bitterness is light but present with a decent balance of soft hoppiness. Clean, fresh sweet malts. Quite fresh and fairly authentic. It’s good. Block (363), West Lafayette, Indiana, USA Sep 15, 2009 Yellow pour with a white head. Aroma is of light malts and possibly some caramel. Flavor is also light but does have some heavy flavors of spice and some caramel. jeff789 (357), Pennsylvania, USA Sep 15, 2009 Bland malty, not a ton of discernable hop presence, boring, true to style, quite drinkable... Decent for what it is, i just cant justify paying premium prices for average lagers... daknole (2802), Plantation, Florida, USA Sep 15, 2009 Bottle. Gold pour. Aroma is grainy, caramel, some light hops and some crackers. Flavor is malty and lightly hopped. Ok, certainly not bad. Sparky27 (1559), Phoenix, Arizona, USA Sep 1, 2009 Bottle courtesy of barleyPops. Pours clear light gold with a half finger white head. The nose is grain, light smoke, malt and grass. The taste is grass, citrus zest, sweet malt and nice crisp grassy hops in the finish. Medium bodied. Nice helles. Thanks Duane! Pwn3d (1036), Manhattan, New York, USA Aug 27, 2009 Sampled at Valhalla. Could of sworn this read Two Brothers Dog Days Light Lager... which makes sense - This was light.. But if that pops up on RB send me a message and I will amend. Pour is light gold. Tastes light, biscuity, grainy. A bit dry on the palate. Deserves no such praise.. Odin would not be pleased. nqualls (1429), Nashville, Tennessee, USA Aug 12, 2009 Source:12 oz bottle.
