Draft at the brewery. Poured a slightly hazy light orange color. The head was foamy, white, and left some decent lace behind. The aroma was of dried hay, yeasty bread dough, cereal grain, and noble hops. Slightly sweet up front with mild bitterness. Nice cereal grain and noble hop flavors. Tasty.

Clear, honey-colored beer, with a short-lived head - decent lace - smells of innocuous lagered character, a bit of honey, some grassy hops, a little bready quality - fairly creamy mouthfeel, but it thins out really fast - very mild flavor - some herbal hops, mild cane sugar sweetness, some lemony notes - gets bitter and a little dry in the finish - fairly uninteresting - normally I find TB beers under-rated - not the case with this one.

Pours a very clear lemon yellow with white head. Aroma is grass and caramel. Flavor is a strange caramelized grass flavor with notes of hops.Body is light with this contradictory watered down creaminess with fair to light carbonation. My first taste was pretty good but this just seems a bit odd.

Golden yellow with a thin white head. Aroma of caramel, grassy and noble hops. Taste of grassy hops and caramel with some corn in there. Semi-watery body, decently balanced.

Effervescent golden almost no head. Very lagery with a dry malt body. Noble hops evident. Very crisp, refreshing. Rich creamy body. 5 3 6 4

Poured from a 12oz bottle (best by 10/21/08) and served in a shaker. This beer poured a crystal clear golden hue with a thin head of fizzy, off-white foam. Minimal lacing. The aroma of the beer was made up of lightly toasted grains, some faint citrus and lemon zest, and a sharp, grassy, herbal hop note. The flavor consisted of sweet malts, faint caramel, toast, and a mild, crisp, noble hop finish. Clean and satisfying. The mouthfeel was light-bodied with moderate carbonation. Nice summer session beer. A good example of the style.

Bottle. Clear gold/bronze pour with an instantaneously dying head. Honeyed cereal malt aroma, light caramel and grass. Lightly sweet ’toast and honey’ flavor with mild hops underneath. Finishes fairly crisp. Medium bodied. Fairly pleasant flavor, though entirely forgettable lager.

Gold color with a thin head. Lots and lots of corn and grain aroma and flavor. Very similar to a BMC lager.
