Nice aromas, yeasty with a bit of malty sweetness. Bland flavor, seemed like an unimpressive attempt at a Biere de Garde. Slight hop crispness and a boring finish. Ok beer, I wouldn’t search it out, but I wasn’t to bad either. Juelze (912), Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jan 23, 2007 Pours an orangish red color with half inch head that fades quickly into nothing. Aroma is of floral notes, some odd fruit maybe cherry or perhaps some spice that I can’t put my finger on. Taste is of fruit, light citrus hops, light note of chocolate from the malt. Mouthfeel is slightly vinuous and very tangy. thornecb (1801), Marblehead, Massachusetts, USA
