On tap: Another disappointing beer from this brewery. Little or no aroma. The flavor was so mild to almost be nonexistent. The only thing was a slight muddy caramel and a buried wood and toast. This was watery from start to finish. I was really sorry I ordered a whole pint of this stuff. It had the absence of quality I would expect from a macro.

from the bottle. poured a amber with a off white head that left a small amount of lacing. aroma sweet, malt, hops with a nice touch of caramel, fruity. flavor I was excepting something close to Jully Pumpkin but this beer is no where close to JPs beer that said I enjoyed this beer very easy to drink nice and smooth. got caramel, hops, and malts, sweet. good beer

Of the 2-Bros stuff this is probably my favorite and the only one I get a thirst for. The description is just right with the caramel malts in the fore-front. Subdued hops ( perhaps Cascade ) follows. As with most beers from this brewery it is best fresh.

Pours a clear golden brown with a quickly dissappearing off-white head. Aroma has light spices and bread with traces of caramel. The flavor is not living up to the aroma though. Starts of with slick oily caramel malt which is pleasant, but the finish has a sour hop character with throws everything else off. A moderate amount of carbonation in the beer and medium / full bodied. Not a bad beer, but not as good as I was hoping for.

I haven’t had a lot of other beers in this style, so I don’t have a lot to compare it to. It reminds me of a good red ale. Pours with a decent head that fades quickly, has a nice color to it. It’s a decent beer, but I probably wouldn’t buy a six pack again.

Sweet, lightly vegetal aroma with mild fruity and floral overtones. Clear copper-amber coloured body is topped by a low white head that recedes rapidly to ring. Sweet and lightly vegetal flavour with floral and mild citrus character and just a touch of an acid bite. Light body with low carbonation. Bottle sampled with MartinT, Rastacouere and Siroy.

Nothing about this brew. Poured a translucent copper color..smallish white head. Slightly sour (if nothing else) aroma..some maltiness, dare I say caramel? Minimal bitterness, thin bodied....nothing to get excited about. Probably the worst I’ve tried in this style.

This beer pours with a head that could be described as explosive in that it rapidly expands and takes over the glass. Color of the foam is kind of like that of marmalade. The beer is a nice honey orange with plenty of carbonation. This took some patiece because of the time it took for the head to subside. First taste was maximum fruit and some bitter hops. It is an interesting mix of sweet caramel, raisen, and bitter hop. some late zing is felt in the back of the tongue. There is some grassiness in both the taste and the aroma. This is proving to be one of those beers that give the impression that multiple samples would bring multiple flavors. You have got to love a beer like that. Finish begins to introduce citrus flavors. Enjoyable!
