Commercial Description:
This French-style country ale is deep amber in color. With a toasty, sweet caramel start, it finishes with just enough hops to clean off the palate. Bon Appetit!

This beer is a dark amber color with a medium light brown head. The aroma is lightly toasted malt and caramel. Light to medium bodied. The flavor is a little tart but overall a mild blend of malt, fruit, hops and caramel. The finish is a bit uneven, not my favorite beer by a longshot.

Pours with little head to a burnt-orange color. The smell was malty and pleasent. The palate is slightly creamy with a slight hop flavor. Clean finish. Pretty good, but not too increadible.

This beer is a dark brownish-amber color with a medium cream-colored head. Decent lacing. The aroma is mildly toasted malt and caramel. Light-bodied and smooth with a kind of low amount of carbonation. The flavor is a little tart but overall a mild blend of malt, bread, hops and caramel. The finish is very smooth, making for a fairly good session beer overall. I would get this again but it’s a little simple in places.

The body is a deep red amber. This is a gorgeous hue. The head is a weak white. The aroma is candied yams with the caramel malt and yeast fruitiness playing tricks. The flavor suggests sweetness but there isn’t much. Interesting little beer.

Rich amber, lightly sedimented. Dense, dissipating head. Deep, sweet maltiness with slight biscuity, toasty edge. As they say, just enough hops to scrub the palate and save this from being cloying. Savory and drinkable.

Dark amber in color; thinnish head. Decent mouthfeel ... smooth malts and moderate carbonation. Rather malty: biscuity, grainy, and toasted. Balanced bitterness (flowery, herbal). Mild and predictable on some fronts, but decent in others. Not a bad beer to drink.
