I really enjoyed this; good mouthfeel and flavor. One of the better hefes i’ve had. Nice cloudy appearance, with some aroma of bubblegum and banana; clove and some floral presence as well. Good body, light and drinkable.

Poured from a 12oz bottle. Golden, grilled citrus color with a thin white head. Like all unfiltered beers this one is pretty cloudy, however this one is "cleaner than most" with almost no visible sediment(floaters). Nose on this is sweet and malty, lots of summer florals, apricot, and banana. Hints of yeast, bubblegum, and mild clove. Light bodied and a bit thin, but highly drinkable. This beer screams for summer.

Cloudy pale orange with fair white head / medium body/ high carbonation and subdued flavors of banana, orange and clove / an understated, light, expression of this style.

pours a very cloudy dark neon yellow orange with a two finger fluffy white head, and has a lot of sediment hence the very cloudy and unfiltered look. aroma is a nice sweet lemony wheat with some vanilla and clove and some banana. has a medium body with some descent lacing. flavor is banana, wheat, and clovewith a touch of vanilla. a very nice american wheat beer possibly one of the best?! has a nice little carbonation to it and a very full mouthfeel. i think this is definetly underrated! myself and a couple of other’s that tried this at the same time think it is comparable to hacker-pschorr hefe weiss.

Bottle. Marked aroma of wheat, yeast, clove, and vanilla - the vanilla is an excellent addition here. Phenols aren’t bad. Golden pour with a short, sticky white head. Different kind of spiciness here, and bitterer than most Weisse. Clove, yeast, wheat, vanilla, a little zest, but darker than expected. Palate is medium-full and prickly, smooth after a swish. Light acidity. Finish is dry with slight honey. Well-made, interesting, delicious!

Nice, sweet, reminds me of when I was a wee lad. My family would go on picnics down by the river. Mother sang a beautiful rendition of.....wait...............wait.................... Osbourne’s "Over the Mountain." Oh, how beautiful it was.

(Tap at the Brewery) Pours hazy golden with a large white head. Sweet fruity aroma with banana, wheat and clover notes. Great mouthfeel with very fine carbonation. A really good hefeweizen!

Cold 12oz bottle: Pours a hazy yellow/orange color with a minimal amount of ivory bubbles around the edges. Aroma is of nice yeast, sweet grains, orange, lemon, vanilla, and spice. Taste is of sweet grains, nice yeast, lemon, orange and spice with well blended bitterness. Crisp, medium bodied and well carbonated. A nice, wet, sweet & yeasty ending.
