Dark amber bordering on red with a nice sticky white head. The nose is bubblegum, pine, and some kind of rubbery notes. Flavor is just kind of ehh. Muddled hops and caramel malts. Medium body. Very chewy mouthfeel. Not much carbonation. Very very average.

12oz - Nice fresh IPA with what does seem to be the right amount of hops for an IPA. Hops are definitely there but not saturating the tongue. Good.

bottle lot 2897 by way of monger and his mystery swap... pours a clear copper with a tight pale tan colored head. boring aroma of dried orange peel, grain and caramel. the flavor is soapy and floral with notes of caramel grain and a very mildly bitter dry finish. medium body. sticky rich mouth feel because it has no bitterness helping it out. way too malty and sweet with a complete lack of bitter/dry/hop balance... blah.

Orange amber color. Smell of citrus, malt, hops, caramel, sugar and pine. Taste of grapefruit, hops, malt, flowers and pine. Average IPA.

i dont often concentrate much on color, but this is perfectly burnt orange and very pretty. this would serve well as a session IPA but little else, the booze it lacks would have brought much more character to the brew. hops are present and definately tasty but overall bitterness is stifled, this is a bit mild for my tastes but certainly enjoyable.

Bottled, lot# 2687, from my secret santa. Medium statured head, light tan in color with good retention and a solid coating lace. Clear, deep amber color looks swell. Nose lightly caramelly, lightly earthy with notes of grapefruit, rubber and a light woodiness. Body is med/full, oily on the palate, soft carbonation. Medium sweet malts, caramel, lightly toasty with soft citrus flavors and a light roastiness. An almost dry finish thats more malt than hop but works fairly well for some reason. Thanks Jeremy!

2007 bottle pours a dark golden hop haze color with a white head. Hop smells are very smooth. Tastes like other 2 bros beers and has a nice sweet caramel malt presence with a fresh complex hop profile. I enjoyed this one.
