Tap. Floral hop aroma. Golden amber color with a nice white head. Well balanced between malt and hop in taste. Hops are slightly more dominant here. Good IPA.

Hand-pull at Clark St. Alehouse Tastes like hoppy, flat wort before fermentation. A sort of sickly sweet hop juice. Can’t help but wonder what the hell is going on, did this thing ever ferment? thick, sweet, warm, flat and awful. Yes, it was awful. I hate to say it, but it was. Smelled and looked OK though. I had it side by side with the regular keg version...it tasted like it had actually fermented! Much better, not so disgustingly sweet/ thick with some carbonation. I’d give the regular about a 3.5/5 for a total.

Pours deep orange. Nose is very hoppy. Taste is very floral and hoppy, as expected. A good IPA.

I was told that the hops are shipped in fresh as possible for addition to the beer. The body is a fairly dark orange with a thin head and a decent amount of lacing. The aroma has oranges, caramel and some fresh bread. The taste is fairly sweet like cinnamon bread. It also has some orange rind and a little bit of pepper spice in the finish. This is a nice session brew and is better than most I have had from Two Brothers.

Orange-amber with nice white head. Floral hops aroma. Flavor is nicely balanced, not overly hoppy.

To be honest, this was precisely what I expected and I was not disappointed. It wasn’t overtly sweet like some lesser IPAs, and it wasn’t horribly unbalanced like some others. The hops did shine, though as it warmed the bitterness became rather dry. However, had a nice orangey IPA color with sticky lacing and smelled nicely of more traditional hops. Taste was very quenching, with the grapefuit and lemon/orange tastes shining through. Backed by an almost dusty tasting malt character. This was a nice example from a local brewery.

Nothing "heavy-handed" here (in this day of Imperial IPAs, it’s a definite overstatement), but a nice, mild-but-serious hoppiness to it. It pours an orange color with a head that disappears almost before the pour is finished. Nice hop aroma, a blend of citric and floral. A smoothly bitter taste with some malt coming through. Tart finish. A nice drink.
