Commercial Description:
Hop Juice is one of a series of special limited-run beers in styles that are more extreme or unusual. This one is a real hop blast, dripping with the resiny soul of fresh Northwest hops. Don't come crying to us if it's too much for you; this one's for hopheads only! And get it now, cause when it's gone, it's gone. Boo hoo. 22.7 Plato 100.1 IBU

Hazy orange colour with a tan head. Hoppy fruity aroma with hints of resin. Malty flavor that is well balanced with the hoppy resin flavor. Dry bitter aftertaste. A nice one.

Cloudy orange beer with a beige head. Hoppy fruity aroma with a nice sweet touch. Hoppy fruity flavor on a malty, light caramel sweet flavor. Citric dry finish.

Pours a hazy, dark amber with a tanned head. Nice hoppy smell. Nice bitterness matched by the malts. Bitter, hoppy finish. Nice.

(Bottle 65 cl) Very unclear amber with a creamy, yellowish head. Fruity, sweetish hoppy nose. Full-bodied with some accents of caramel and a markedly bitter finish. 270106

Bottled: Orange coloured. Unclear. Dense beige head. Herbs, flowers, pineneedles, sweetness, cocoa and other malt notes in the aroma. Flavour as weel is full of herbs, pineneedles and sweet fruity cocoa notes. Quite citric and fresh. Smooth and balanced. Is very bitter in the end. This is a beer for me.

A slightly hazy orange beer with a small orange head. The aroma is very hoppy and grassy, while the flavor is sweet hoppy - but a somewhat herbal hoppiness, that doesn’t quite do the trick for me. The mouthfeel is slightly sticky.

This beer pours a medium amber, and leaves a tan lace that sticks to the sides of the glass. There is alot of sediment in the glass as well but it does not disturb (or take away) from the beer at all. As I smell this beer its floural, grassy notes, as well as some honey or maybe caramel come out, but one smell that really stands out is the plum smell as well as a faint grape essence. As I put this on my palate it just burst into hop filled satisfaction! What a great beer hop juice is correct the lemon, honey, and bitterness on my palate just worked well together, wonderful.

Courtesy of hippie4beer. Pours orange with virtually no head. Aroma is pure hops. Taste is hoppy but cloying. I think I got an old bottle. Probably a good beer 3 months ago.
