Light yellow in color and a bit cloudy with a light head that is mainly from the carbonation that deposits bubbles on the surface. The nose is bright with orange zest, lemon and a touch of spice. The palate is fresh and light with a dryness and a bitter finish. A nice, light, summer beer that reminds me of Blue Moon.

Bottle. Lightly musty clove, orange peel, and malt aroma. Slightly hazy yellow with a small head. Orange malt and clove-coriander flavor. Excellent balance - a well made wit.

Had this beer on 10/2/2002. Aroma is very spicy with coriander, vanilla and orange. Taste is very good lighter then Celis but still full of flavor. Not as sour as most Whites and a bit more refreshing.

12oz bottle. Light colored, hazy, nice sized head. Aroma is is wheat, sweet orange, and light coriander; a little spice in there as well. Taste is sharp wheat, sweet orange, perfumey spice, and some light earthiness. An overall nice wit.

Pours a golden color with a white head. Aroma is of lemon, orange, coriander, wheat, and some sweet malts. Flavor is sweet with lemon, citrus, and coriander up front with a finish of the wheat and sweet malts. Overall this is ok, I’ve had better brews from Two Brothers.

Bottle. Loads of orange peel and medium coriander with lesser lemon. Touch of floral hops. A bit too overdone with the spiciness - potent and musty, but a bit abrasive, too. Golden pour with light visible carbonation and a fizzy large rocky off-white head. Flavor repeats the aroma but also features a robust dose of wheat malt, which plays a strong, soothing role before finally dissolving into a bready/cookie-ish aftertaste. Does remind of a limed gin-and-tonic. Medium body, slightly lighter at times, with a playfully crisp feel. There are enough positives here to make me want this again. Refreshing!

I’m a little suprised the average rating for this beer isn’t higher...this beer is light and fruity, but in no way chemical tasting or artificial like a Blue Moon. I thought it light, refreshing, a bit tart, and pretty tasting. Not a too-serious beer but great for spring evening consumption. Appearance is a hazy yellow lemonade color with good head formation and retention. Aroma is fruity and zesty, but pretty natural. Like a gin & tonic made with fresh limes. Flavor is a bit subtle...nicely citrusy but mellow and not over the top. This is one of the better wits I can remember drinking, but it’s lacks the rich goodness of a Wittekerke (a favorite).
