Pours a next-to-nothing head over a pale yellow beer..wasn’t hazy(?). Nice doughy/yeasty aroma and nice and soft on the tongue. I didn’t get a lot of complexity of flavors or spice. Quite quenching, nice enough for the hot days ahead.

Bottle. First time I have tried this beer. Wasn’t expecting much but this beer is surprisingly good. Soft candy malts start it out, finishes with a good touch of citrus fruit and bitters. Smooth on the palate, medium bodied. Somewhat dry, making it much easier to drink than the syrupy sweet wheat beers. One of the better wheat beers I have had.

pours a one and a half finger fluffy white head and has a clear pilsener like lemon yellow color. aroma is coriander and a touch of orange peel, wheat, and oats. has a light, smooth, somewhat oily body with descent lacing and carbonation. flavor is same as aroma with a touch of lemon. very refreshing session ale and one of the best wits i have had yet well done. also has a dry aftertaste which i don’t know where that comes from because it only has 13 ibus’ but i will take it.

Bottle. Coriander and orange peel are clearly evident in the nose. Very slight haze in a light gold body. Soft, plentiful visible carbonation. White head. Very similar to Blue Moon, although a little dryer and more adherent to style. Some allspice. Reasonably good, non-exciting brew.

kinda a weird wit because it’s so one dimensional. very carbonated and all lemons. pretty drinkable and designed for women.

Litle to no head with a spicy aroma and light citrus taste and golden color

12 ounce bottle from Woodmans on Gammon Road, Madison WI (October 2006) consumed at cellar temperature from a Duvel glass. The head is smallish to moderate and decays immediately leaving a thin white film, the body being translucent, lightly yeast-cloudy gold, lacing minimal and quick-falling....fairly typical aroma, plenty of wheat sourness, lemon and orange peel, faint spicing, reasonably yeasty (cobwebby) and dry.....which leads to a very dry mouthfeel and flavor indeed, only a tiny modicum of honey’d sweetness at midpalate, surrounded by dry, lightly mineralic and unfortunately pretty thin, watery wheat-sourness....it’s actually fairly refreshing and easy to drink with the dryness, no syrupy-sweetness here as in many American renditions, but the downside is a dullness and lack of farmy or earthy complexity....strongly carbonated, mineralic/vaguely metallic to finish. So-so I guess.

A rich golden pour with almost no head and a light lacing. A nose of coriander and sweet corn. A spicy flavor with a light bitter, not from hops I don’t think. Not a bad beer at all. It is just a tad on the thin side but good.
