Bottle. Poured hazy golden color with a minimal fizzy white head that diminished quickly with fair lacing. Moderate sour citrus and spice aroma. Medium body with soft carbonation. Medium sour citrus fruity flavor with a medium sour finish of moderate duration.

355ml bottle obtained in a trade with <a href=http://www.ratebeer.com/ViewUser.asp?U target=blank>OhioDad, thanks Scott. Pale golden in colour, long lasting medium sized white head, some lacing, visible carbonation. The aroma is nicely spiced, lots of lemon citrus, herbal and grassy. The flavour is very lemony, some orange zest, spices, herbal, creamy, some bananas and lightly sweet. Lightly bitter mouthfeel, light body, medium/high carbonation. Finishes with a lingering spicy bitterness. Not to bad.

Best Before 07/28/06.

Thanks to hopdog for the trade. Pours a light hazy golden with hints of amber. Head was smaller, bubbly and white. Aroma of wheat, orange, coriander and various other spices. Flavor much the same. Really picking up the orange and light spices. A bit thin. But a decent Witbier.
