Great beer maybe not Hoegaarden but what is? Anyway to me it is pretty perfect and I love it's refreshing taste. It is a little friuty annd very light in color. Yet it is a substantial beer and I loved it. Better then even the great Ebelweiss and the all the other fine Two Brothers beers.

Got this one on draught in a growler at the brewery in Warrenville, Illinois. Medium orange pour with a thick, foamy white head. Nice banana and orange peel nose. A bit zesty and spicy, but with a silky mouthfeel. Unusually peppery for a belgian wheat. Might taste good with a wedge of lemon but I didn’t. Soft finish. A pretty good American example of the style.

Had this beer on 10/2/2002. Aroma is very spicy with coriander, vanilla and orange. Taste is very good lighter then Celis but still full of flavor. Not as sour as most Whites and a bit more refreshing.

I really enjoyed this beer. A refreshing Wit beer with excellent color, head and aroma. Will definitely buy again.

Okay, this beer poured a dark straw color with a small white head with little lace. It had an aroma of coriander, citrus and hops. The flavor was of hops, coriander and citrus. The finish was not a light or refreshing as other wit/white beers I have tried, but the spice, while strong, was not as overpowering as some others. A good beer worth trying, but then again nothing to make it stand out over some of the others that make their mark due to the aforementioned.

Another winner from Two Brothers. Their Monarch Wit was a great turn at an established style. I found it to be not as spicy as other Witbiers. (Not being a big fan of Coriander, this was good.) Well carbonated and slightly fruity it trancends mediocrity.

What a light, bubbly Belgian white. Champagne colored, coriander spice jumps out in both aroma and initial flavor. Very light on the palate. Makes a truly great summertime beer, that is for sure.

A really nice refreshing beer that has a lot of vanilla, orange notes that dance around the mouth. I have had better wits, but this is a nice local brew !
