Two Brothers version of a BBQ beer - nice and light, kind of pilsner-esque - herbal and grainy - flavorful enough to not be totally innocuous while eating food (it goes well with the brat I am currently eating) - on a summer day, I can see myself downing a whole sixer of this.

Thanks Philip for this beer, and a new state for me, yeee haw! It’s golden for sure, with a good sized bleached white head, leaving good spiderweb lace. Hoppy honey aromas, grass/hay, and grains. Decent mild hops bitterness, with a touch of honey sweetness and grains. Very creamy and easy to drink. A good patio beer. Thanks a lot Phil, you da man!

Each mouthful has a different taste. Real light tasting, easy to drink, wouldn’t mind a few of these after a long work day. Hops, honey, caramel, etc.

12oz bottle.
Pours slightly hazy straw gold with big billowy fluffy white head that settles down after a while and leaves wads of lace all over the sides of the glass. Bizarre aroma of caramel, sour grain and Scotch-like salty peat. Flavor is a clash of salty caramel, metallic tinge, a touch of smoke. Palate damn near stings from the flavor clashes. Ugh. Drainpour.

Dark sunflower color, some foamy white head. Nose is crisp floral hopps and not much else. Taste is rather bland and watery, some light malts here and there mixed with some bittering hops. Some lemon and grass as well. More of a beer to pound than to be enjoyed. I dont taste the Saaz in this one.

Bottle: Golden straw, moderate white foamy head, decent lacing, light carbonation.   Musty barnish nose, alfalfa, hay, a touch of sweet grass.   Lightly grainy up front, with sweet grass emerging at the backside.   Fairly light overall.   Slight blue cheese on rye cracker like finish, weird.   Body and mouthfeel are nearing the thin side.   Not bad.   Easy to put back tho.   Thanks Santa Clark!

OK, but nothing to write home about. Cloudy. Not much flavor. Drinkable. Definitely overcarbonated, too.
