Hazy buff in color with a thin white head. Earthy, spicy malt and wheat aroma. Huge in body for the strength. Ok soft malt and hop flavor flavor but a dirty note detracts. Low carbonation, low bitterness.

12oz bottle-A golden body with a nice one finger tight white head and an aroma of hops and malt. Taste of malt, hops, yeast, and a little citrusy on a fairly light body. A nice tasting brew.

pours golden with a light off-white head. The aroma has light musty butter, sweet malt and light spicy hops. It has a fairly light body with some sharpness, but a bit on the smooth side with the soft frothy carbonation. The flavor starts like the aroma, but with less butteriness and more of a hot presence. The finish is even more spicy. Decent golden ale, but nothing spectacular.

12oz bottle. best before 9/08, i think this is pretty fresh. pours clear golden with white. good saaz hop nose, some leathery notes from the goldings, biscuit coming through as well. flavor is nicely hopped leathery with peppery finish, biscuity malt body, balanced very well. this is a really nice session beer. ideally very fresh this would go well to kick off the weekend with or a saturday afternoon to have with a late lunch. i must really like the new brewery because they have actually been impressing me lately.

Aromas of fruit, honey and light malt. Light amber color with a very impressive white head. Near medium body with fizzy/creamy carbonation. Starts a bit tart. Something like apricots with citric acid. Definitely apricots. It’s bitter. Interesting interaction of fruit and hop. Could be a little yeast spice. Clean and refreshing it is. Something like a light unmucky Belgian. Really impressive rendition.

This brew poured to a golden color with a small, quickly dissappearing white head.Aromas were of malt, yeast and grass. The taste was of honey and this beer reminded me a bit of some pilners.Overall ok -light-easy drinking, but average.

Had this beer on 6/22/2000. Aroma is light with a hint of malt. Color is hazy pale gold, with light carbonation and a good head. Taste light, crisp, and slightly bitter. Stating with a light body that goes down crisp. Finish is bitter with a unique malt taste.

Pours amber with minimal head & bubbles. Aroma is yeasty and somewhat sweet. I see the category has been changed from belgian ale to blond ale... which makes a lot more sense. Flavor is light all around... wheat, yeast, very little malts. Great summer beer. Very good with food. A good all around pub brew.
