Commercial Description:
Prairie Path Ale is a Belgian-style golden ale. Prairie Path Ale is a full flavored, slightly bitter, clean and refreshing ale. The Belgian malts along with the Saaz and Goldings hops give this beer great drinkability.

Pretty much what I expected for a golden ale. I got this beer as part of a variety pack. Pours a gold with a white head. Flavor has a slight bit of hops, but otherwise not that much too it. Easy to drink though, decent beer.

Bottle courtesy of dchmela. Pours a slightly hazy copper with a thin white head. Smells of caramel, some earthy hints, grass. Tastes spicy and earthy with a semi-sweet finish.

12 oz bottle. Bottle says "Golden Ale," not Pale Ale. Good slightly hazy golden color with a big white head that holds and laces well. Aroma is simple but refreshing (I am really stuffy so can;t really get the best sense of the aroma) - nice pale malt with a bit of sweet pine and grapefruit hops. Flavor is very grainy with a very distinct cereal flavor. The hops work well with it. Great pale ale style for the fall. Medium to light body, medium carbonation. Overall: good fall session beer wiht a bit more flavor than a simple Pale Ale

12oz bottle, courtesy of ryan. Thanks! Pours a slightly hazy, bright, lemony-orange color; off-white head with good retention and fine-bubbled lacing. Crisp, dry aroma showing sugar, citrus, and cereal; nicely dry with a mild mineral bitterness. Medium mouthfeel: resiny, mineral and citrus bitterness upfront, but not overtly bitter; crisp, dry at the core, lively carbonation, and just excellent drinkability overall; toasty breadiness and crackers, with a light malty sweetness; perfectly drinkable. Lengthy finish: crackers, toasty malts, and lingering mineral bitterness; excellent dryness and toastiness at the end.

Lakewood, Oh. - Rozi’s Fine Wines - 12 oz bottle. Dark golden pour with a fluffy pillowy white head and excellent lacing. Clean, grainy aroma with some fresh lake water accents. Flavor is smooth with some buttery accents a hint of pears, and a bit of back end grassiness. Mouthfeel is clean and crisp. Well done.
