2007 Bottle thanks to JB175. Pours a dark brown with a thick tan head. Aroma of lactic acid, yogurt, sweet malt, and cheese. Flavor of oak, malt, and lots of funk. Definitely on the lactic side, but enjoyable. I don’t get a distinct cherry taste nor do I get a real lambic feel from this one--more of a sour ale, really. Kind of odd overall, but I still liked it! 7/4/7/4/15 (3.7/5)

Bottle @ Post Belgian Fest killer tasting dubbed Sea O’Floydster, with a load of cool people including Cquiroga, floydster, seaoflament and many others including my girlfriend and dr.bill. Pours brown with a tan ring. Nose is sweet and tart. Taste was sweet and tart, with cherry and funk. I liked this enough to end the night with it.

2007 bottle. Shared between two. Very dark brownish red color with minimal head. Bod is not too heavy. Aroma is acidic, tart, cherry and sweet and sourness and wood with hints of alcohol. Taste is sweet tart, cherry and nice and sour and prickly on the mouth. Nice and bubbly and flavors develop more as it warms too.

Bottled - tasted blind. A murky chestnut colored beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of dust as well as medium notes of caramel and brettanomyces. The flavor is of brettanomyces, caramel, and dusty hops as well as lighter notes of wood and vanilla, leading to a tart finish. Thanks Papsoe for sharing.

Bottle 37,5 cl. Courtesy of sliffy. Hazy red with big, chunky impurities and a small, creamy, off-white head. Tart, Brettiish aroma. Light and a little watery with a dry fruitiness and vague accents of Brett. The finish is dry and sulphurous. 010209

From bottle, blindtasting #3. Pours hazy dark brown with yeast floaties and a diminished off-white head. Mild acidic and roasted malty aroma. Flavour is mild fruity, solid yeasty and with a distinct dry sourness swept through. Dry acetone and roasted malty finish. Lasting fruity finish.
