| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Feb 1, 2008 Aroma is a sour cheery scent. Color is a deep dark ruby with light carbonation and a nice tight head. Taste is dry and fruity. Starting with a medium body it goes down crisp with a tart feel. Finish comes in with mild sour cheery flavor, a faint yeast taste and a mellow sweetness, then ends with a dry almost wine like feel. This is a tasty Lambic with good cheery flavors. | 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Jan 20, 2008 Black cherry in color with a sizable pinkish beige hea. Aroma has a pleasant cherry and ripe fruit smell along with some barnyard funk, yeast, and some sugary sweetness - slightly less sweet than a Duchesse. Flavor has some subtle tart cherry and barnyard-ey maltiness to it with some wood towards the end. Not bad, but its not sour/sweet/funky or special enough to be world class. Good attempt, but I was hoping for more. Dough77 (779), Aurora, Illinois, USA

A bit sour giong down with the light fruits taking up most of the flavorbuds attention. Not horrible, not great. jpm30 (1588), East Central, Georgia, USA
| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Jan 16, 2008 Caged corked 12.7 fl. oz. green bottle, a bottling date of 2007 on the back label, sampled in a flute glass.
L: A wood panel brown with red hues and a pale tan head of firm creamy foam. Good head retention and a fair amount of curtain-like lace.
S: Musty funk, oak barrel woodiness and tartly sweet pureed cherry juice. Light traces of an earthy yeast spiciness.
F&T: The ample carbonation gives this a firm syrupy feel in the mouth, a little sticky on the tongue. Flavors of earthy soil and spices, this has a lot more of a musty barnyard taste than I was expecting. The tartly sweet cherries play a secondary role in the taste. There is a tart pureed cherry juiciness, but it somewhat buried by a nutty, green woodiness. This is pleasing though, as I sip my way down the glass, the more I enjoy the taste of this lambic.
Project Opus 10 is a refreshing and promising start of a series by Two Brothers, I can’t wait for the next one.

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 2/5 | 14/20 | Jan 5, 2008 Updated: Jan 7, 2008Tried at fordest’s tasting with ibrew2or3, fordest, padrefan98, toncatcher, and others. I think fordest brought this via a trade with boboski. 2007 bottle. 12.7oz. Dark brown color. Sour. Nice cherry sour. Sour, but a hint of roasty aroma. A hint of oxidation, which seems to be well hidden well by the beers other flavors.
