Aroma: Fresh-cut grass, floral and resinous hop
Flavor: Some ripe orange, orange rind and fruity malt wrapped ina floral grassy hop bitterness.
Comments: Great mouthfeel. More carbonation than British styles keep this lively on the tongue. Unexpectedly, the bitterness appeared more on the middle of the tongue rather than on the back. I wonder why? An outstanding ale.

Sep 3, 2009 This is a super beer. Maybe my standard for an easy drinking clean IPA. Appearance amber and cloudy. Head chewy white. Aroma all flowery hops and citrus. Balanced, leaning toward bitter with no obvious sweetness.

Aug 30, 2009 I really enjoyed this beer, it had a unique flowery/ sweet taste to it that i have never had in an IPA. It was smoother than most and highly enjoyable, good spin on the IPA

Aroma: Beautiful. Excellent combination of floral and citrus hops with some malt notes.
Appearance: Golden/orange color, perfectly clear with 1-2 fingers of white head.
Flavor: Malt body and sweetness, orange hops, and a nice bitterness to balance. Enjoyable.
Palate: Medium to lively carbonation works well with this one. Clean finish leaves me wanting more.
Overall: Really nice IPA. Well-balanced with simple yet very enjoyable flavors.

Aug 29, 2009 Hazy orange color. Strong floral hops and big citrus aroma, a lot of orange in this one. Taste of caramel malt and finishing with with the spicy bitterness of the hops, the orange flavors make it an interesting and enjoyable IPA. I had a lot of IPAs rated above this one, but this is my favorite

Aug 26, 2009 I would consider this an APA, given the floral/citrusy hops. Spot on for the style - dark straw color, thin white head, fruity/floral/resinous hop aroma and flavor, bitterness lingers. Some malt flavor. If I start with this beer, I don’t get how good it is. If this is my second beer style of the night, wow, it really stands out.
