| 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Feb 21, 2009 Poured amber with a four-fingered head. The aroma was nice floral hoppy, the flavor was a nice blend of citrus, floral hops and malt, very well balanced. A slight bitterness throughout the drink but never overwhelming. An excellent IPA that did not disappoint. mnovacanes (49), Munster, Indiana, USA

Aroma: lots of fruit, floral, and citrus, as expected from the centennial hops; very easy to enjoy
Flavor: wow, centennial is quite different than simcoe; all floral and fruit; very easy to like; refreshing; also a noticeable grainy, yeasty presence which adds, rather than subtracts, from the overall experience; medium to medium-high bitterness, and it is kept in check nicely
Palate: pretty smooth; medium bodied; quite high carbonation--probably too high;

Frothy white head, murky golden pour. Great hoppy scent. Excellent beer. jkwalking05 (1485), Arlington, Texas, USA
