A little super pungent at first, but then I start to really, really like it as I go down the bottle. Tastes like nature, the nature the bottle alludes to. I do want to know more about this "two hearted" concept... related to fishing?

Dec 6, 2009 hazy gold/orange with a massive fluffy head. intense hop aroma... plenty of pine and citrus. flavor is less intense than expected judging by the nose, but very tasty. nice amount of bitterness against the pale malt background.

Dec 6, 2009 Bottled. Orange with medium white head. Aroma is fresh hoppy mostly citrusy with some pine and floral notes also. Citrus is predominately grapefruit but with light lemon. Flavor is dry biting throughout, with sweet hoppy citrus of grapefruit and variety floral notes. Grapefruit finish dry not sweet and biting. Beer starts with light to medium sweetness but slowly diminishes to no sweetness by finish. Crisp and clean mouthful. I dig!

Dec 2, 2009 On draft at Mother’s Pub in Gainesville, FL. Probably the easiest to find, reasonably priced, and best tasting beer I can think of. Pours orange with lots of lacing. Citrus, floral, herbs, and hoppiness. Better on draft IMO.

Dec 1, 2009 Bottle from The Party Source. I’ve seen this so often, I’ve been putting it off for other things that have been harder to find, and now find myself finally trying it. No disappointment here. Pours a nice orange-cold color with a small off-white head. Nice aroma of citrus fruits- especially orange, but grapefruit and lemon, too- floral hops, malt, and just a hint of caramel. The flavor is similar, and just as good, with more of the caramel sweetness present to smooth it out. Light bodied, and a nice blend of hop bitterness and sweetness from citrus and caramel. Medium to high carbonation. Bitter, toasty, and sweet on the finish. Awesome year-round beer.

Nov 30, 2009 bottled. Rich orange colored ale w/ a bold hop nose. Sweetened hop acids in every sip. Citric. Taste is spot on. A favorite & a hero to lesser IPA’s.

Nov 28, 2009 slightly hazy, dark golden in color, nice white head with lots of lacing,
med-light carbonation. Flavors are mostly of floral grapefruity hops that are fairly sharp but not over the top. mouthfeel is moderate to full. Somehow this beer also has a fair crisp quality to it that is lighter than most other strong hopped beers. (note that Im not an IPA kinda guy) Overall I like this, its probobly the best IPA Ive had, I would drink it again, but not buy it.

Nov 28, 2009 Great beer. Full of flavor, nice bite. A great combination of bitter, sweet and hoppy. Definite must try.
