The following information was gathered from the relatively unhelpful people serving it. It is 8% and aged for 8 months in barrels. The aroma has lots of vanilla, oak, and bourbon notes. Lightly musty and lots of barrel aromas. Not a ton of apple. Hazy pale pear-colored body with a still head. Odd coloration, which is difficult to describe. Oaky, lightly vanilla-bourbon flavors to start. Tart apple flavors then present themselves leaving a dry, crisp, long aftertaste. Alcohol is non-existent. This is really good. Sublime.
