Jun 6, 2009 Bottle labeled "Two Rivers Dry English Hard Apple Cider" 7.0% ABV. Pours with a clear yellow, chardonnay colored body with no head. Aroma of apple, light spice, dryness and some sweet caramel. Taste has a sweet and sour thing going on with light spice, oak tannins, and a touch of green bitter apple. Flat mouthfeel.

May 6, 2008 Had this at Rubicon. Golden colored cider with aroma of apples, perfume or wine. The flavor was mildly tart apples with hints of sweetness too. Eh.

Mar 10, 2008 Bottle as Two Rivers Dry English Hard Apple Cider (7.0%). Waxed crown cap. Color is pale gold and slighty unclear. Aroma is quite clean, but more perfumey than apple. Thin to medium body with very little carbonation. Flavor is very clean, but very low intensity. Sort of green apple. It’s not very sweet, and only lightly tart. Very clean, but not exactly crisp. Maybe a very, very slight woodiness. Finishes rather astringent.

Mar 22, 2007 (On tap) Clear, pale amber with basically no head. Sweetish aroma of fruit chewing gum. Rather light in body, fairly fruity flavours - sorta artificial Hubbabubba style. Only in the finish do the apples really show. Artificial and unclean cider. 190307
