Nov 2, 2007 12 oz bottle, bottling date 14MAY07, courtesy of Soonah, my Okie brew pimp. Lightly hazed golden amber with a dense white head. Nice nose of orange and grapefruit, some toasty malt to ad a sweet component. Nice sheet of white lace. Medium bitter white grapefruit flavors, herbal and earthy tones. Very drinkable. Somewhat dry orange rind bitter finish. Nice!

Oct 29, 2007 Poured a nice amber body with a good off white head that hung around for a while and left good lacing. Strong aromas of hop spiciness and strong malts. Taste betrayed the aroma quite a bit, was expecting this one to knock me over, but the taste was incredibly smooth and well balanced. Very nice balancing out with the bitter hop character and malt notes. Incredibly smooth for an IPA, well done!

Oct 14, 2007 Thank You KingpinIPA. Pour is a traslucent amber with a wispy white head. Aroma is musty with some pine and sweet malt. Flavor of up front bitterness and nice, sweet malts in the backround. Creamy with a medium body.

Sep 27, 2007 Citrus hops and the faintest dill like hint on the nose that tempted my to break out some of my friend Katie’s killer home-made pickles. Light hoppy body with just enough bitterness to be tasty.

Sep 24, 2007 Quite good but not as good as the double. Gold color. Simple hop aroma with citrus. Flavor is quite bitter with hops and medium sweet malt. Better than average for sure.

Sep 21, 2007 [Bottle] Pours deep amber with a creamy head that lasts forever. Great lacing on the glass. Fruity hops and grains are balanced pretty well in the nose-but it is a little weak. Taste is the same only significantly stronger on all fronts. The hoppiness is very nice in that it provides a lot of taste without the out of control bitterness that I have tasted in some of this style (which is strange since it says in the description that it is intensely bitter...). Good mouthfeel, long finish. Quite nice.

Sep 20, 2007 Pour was a clear vibrant amber with a compact, off-white head that offered up scant lacing. The aroma was sweet malt, mild citrus, buttery biscuits, some light floral and a bit of pine. The flavor was a failry well balanced bit of sweet malt that transitioned quickly into floral, pine and thin citrus hops. The aroma is deceptive, but the flavor is all I.P.A. Mouthfeel is thin to medium in body and the finish is adequate.

Sep 19, 2007 Pours a deep orangish amber golden color, with a small head. Nice light malt and good dose of hops and citrusy orangish like bite. Great balanced IPA with a killer finish.
