Sep 15, 2009 Bottled at Monk’s Café Wallingatan, Stockholm. Lightly hazy pale amber, rich head. Nice, trong grapefruit aroma, Mid sweet with clean rounded mouthfeel. Lots of piney grapefruity hops. medium bodied, somewhat fruity with marked bitter finish. Very pleasant IPA with good bite.

Aug 28, 2009 12 oz. bottle from Woodman’s Food Market in Madison, WI. Dark orange pour with a creamy off-white head. Aroma of pineapple, caramel, and toffee. Bitter hop flavor balanced with some caramel sweetness. I would have prefered the hops to be more present but still not bad.

Aug 27, 2009 Light amber our with an off-white head. Nice hoppy grapefruit aroma. Tasty- nice malty flavor followed by the hops which leaves a nice aftertaste. Each suip leaves a layer of lacing. Very tasty IPA. The foam lasted until the last drop.

Aug 20, 2009 Bottle. Pours a clear amber. With a beige head. I liked this aroma with citrusy hops, pine, grapefruit. Flavor is caramel, citrus, and bread. Good beer!
