Bottle courtesy of Dansting. Thanks for the bottle, Dan. Pours a hazy, nearly-clear amber with three fingers of fairly dense off-white head that collapses to a thin skin. The nose is of a chemical/plastic note over stale, earthy, spicy and "pitty" apricot hop notes; meh. On the light side of medium-bodied with soft carbonation and a bitter, dry, mildly resinous finish. The flavor is like whole apricots (pit and all) along with earthy/spicy hops over pale malt. This is a decent beer but not a great IPA.

Tasted at Beer Dabble event in St. Paul. Have passed this one by many times in the store. Fine beer with a nice mix of malty grains and hops, nothing overpowering, just a nice balance with a hint of dark sweetness. Good bitter finish.

Amber pour. Citrus/resin hop nose. Flavor is bitter and hoppy, slight backbone of malt. Simply a very nice IPA.

Bottled. Clear shiny amber appearance with a rich fluffy white head. Clean straightforward hop aroma of grapefruit, sweat and grass. Medium-bodied with clean notes of crystal malts and bitter grapefruity hops. Long bitter finish of grapefruit and grass. Simple but still quite tasty.

Sampled at a friends during a tasting of midwest IPA’s. This was the 3rd taste and he lined them up to get better and better. A nice and very easy drinking IPA. More bitter than the 5.75% would lead me to believe (I would guess it to be 6.5%). Nice beer and not overpowering.

Bottle from Archer Liquor. Pours amber with very little head. Mild caramel aroma. Medium body with creamy carbonation. It is bitter. Really. Dry. Lightly astringent. I think there’s a mixed lot of hops here. Some floral. Some pine. Maybe grapefruit. Tastes better than it smelled at first!

Bottle at Monks Café, Wallingatan. Cloudy amber coloured with a small white head. Sweet and hoppy aroma of pine needles and grass. Fruity flavour of hops, caramel, pine needles and grape fruits. Dry hoppy finish.
