Growler for the brewery. Dark straw color with a moderate wispy diminishing off white head. Grassy to floral hops overtake the backdrop of pale malt in the aroma. Hint of apple blossom honey also in the nose. Light malt permeated the flavors. Light cider component, that while not strong, slightly distracting. Now that I think of it it’s not a cider, but dry mead flavor. Understandable considering this has honey in it. So light blond ale/mead mix. Actually quite well made for the style, just not a very exciting style.

On tap at the brewery. Light aroma, with very subtle citrus twist. Pale, pale yellow with the standard thin white head. This looks like a pale lager. Thin, flightly grassy flavor.
