Thanks Duane! Poured very dark with a tan tight head. The aroma was roasted malts and a bit sour. There was something missing , maybe ABV, or mouthfeel, I liket hem dark, and this was dark. Duane, thanks again.

Pours a very dark, nearly opaque brown with a nicely-lacing, frothy tan head. Aroma is lightly toasty, dry and sweet, with some roasted coffee bitterness. Body starts with a nice caramely maltiness with some molasses turning more dry and roasty toward the finish. A nicely balanced, very drinkable porter.

On tap at the brewery. Nice and rich dark chocolate and coffee aroma. Dark black with a thinning tan head and decent lacing. Roasty flavor with chocolate and some dried fruit then finishes with some bitter coffee. Medium body, creamy palate. One of the better from my tasting.

12 oz. bottle. aroma of roasted coffee beans and bittersweet chocolate. color of a dark cola with a tan head which disappeared rather quickly. the flavor, oh the flavor... wonderful mild flavors of coffee, bittersweet chocolate, "Nuts" and maybe a hint of toast. deducted a couple of tenths for the rather thin body, but overall, this is a very drinkable porter!

Decent tan head, bitter-sweetish chocolate aroma, some roast. Satisfyingly sharp roasty flavors to offset the chocolatey sweetness. Lush but not cloying mouthfeel.

This pours fairly dark with some red showing through. The head is a light tan color. The aroma is apples, toast, caramel and a hint of tobacco. The taste is roasted coffee and toffee. There is also a little bit of pear. The mouthfeel is slick and thick. A decent porter.

Pours a dark black coffee color. Small brown head. Aroma of roasted coffee. Flavor is nice roasted coffee/ chocolate flavor, a little dark fruit as well. Smooth and coats the mouth nicely.

Looks good in the glass but this tasted like bitter bakers chocolate and cheap coffee beans. Boo Hiss.
