Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of fruit, medium notes of malt, and light notes of spices. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and fruit, leading to a dry and bitter finish. Thanks Papsoe for sharing.

(Bottle 35,5 cl) Courtesy of Skyview. Pours a slightly hazy golden with an off-white head. Clean and malty nose. Medium body with clean and a little sweet malt before a dry and lightly bitter finish. Not really convincing. A Bock at 4.7% sounds a little odd. 130608

12oz bottle. Poured a medium to dark copper color with a large sized off white head. Aromas of bread, light caramel, and I also got a light spiciness to it. Tastes of bread, toffee, caramel, and a very light fruitiness to it. Easy to drink and tasty.

Pours a clear copper bronze with a thin off-white head. Aroma is dry, grainy, and lightly sweet with a hint of bocky lager yeast character. Body is full, malty and has a pleasant sweetness, well balanced with a noble hoppiness and a dry finish. Could have a little more authentic flavor, but it’s pretty close. Any enjoyable brew.
