Nice amber color,small off white head that had a short hang time then faded slowly to leave little behind.The aroma was malty and caramel with a mild sweet side coming through.The flavor was nice,malty caramel taste with a slight sweetness and a decent hop showing in the end.Not one of there betetr brews but still manages to be pretty drinkable.

Unclear medium orange amber color with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, moderate hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is medium to light, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. (130608)

Aug 18, 2008 Bottle pours amber color with with a thin white head. Smells of roasted malt and yeast dominate. Has some roasted malt flavors with some toffee and molasses. Has a medium body with a clean finish. Not too bad.

Jul 19, 2008 pours a semi-transparent amber color with almost no head. scent of wheat, oats, and some roast. taste of wheat, malts, yeast, and some burnt roast with a finish that consists of molases. nice brew.

Jul 12, 2008 Bottle... Mostly clear, golden ale with a small, creamy, off-white head. Decent retention. The nose offers lots of biscuit and a little toffee. Earthy, fruity hops provide a notation of black tea with a trace of grapefruit. Medium bodied with adequate carbonation. Well-balanced flavor. Earthy, black tea bitterness offset by biscuit sweetness. Crisp, clean, refreshing finish. Bottle provided by scubarex!
