Pours a clear deep amber with an average light tan head that dissipates fairly quickly. Aroma of white bread, grain, malt, and hops. Tastes of bready grain, slightly sweet, and finishes with just a touch of dryness. Overall, a decent beer.

| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Nov 23, 2009 Poured to a fluted fest glass at Brixie’s Holiday Beer Tasting in Brookfield, IL. The color was a clear amber with a nice, white, foamy head and spotty lacing. The aroma was slight German/Pils malt and noble hop, with some graininess, and light candy type sweetness. The flavor still possessed a little grain, but highlighted smooth malt with some light hop bitterness. Nice and sessionable. bhensonb (4345), Woodland, California, USA
