Jun 26, 2009 Draft at Acadia Cafe. Pours a hazy, orange-gold body with generous cream head. Aroma of banana, citrus, and clove. Sweet flavor of banana along with orange and spice and a hint of hop bitterness near the finish. Not very hoppy for an imperial, but very enjoyable on a hot day.

Feb 8, 2009 Pours a very thick cloudy golden orange with creamy white head. Aroma is banana, sugar and clove. Flavor is creamy banana with candi sugar and clove. Body is creamy with mild carbonation. I really love the banana notes.

Jan 22, 2009 Tap at Stubbies. Wow, explodes with banana aroma. More banana in flavor, along with a tinge of the hop bitterness, followed by a orangish quality. Not quite Dancing Man, but really good.

Jan 17, 2009 On draught at Stub & Herbs’s in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Pours a hazy golden orange brew with a decent creamy off-white head with an excellent lacing. Aroma of golden grain malt, some banana esters, a hint of clove and some tropical fruit. Taste is medium bodied, with flavors of Belgian yeast, some banana esters, cloves, a hint of sour dough bread, tropical fruit and some bubble gum. Finish is semi-sweet with a lingering banana ester and clove aftertaste followed by a hint of extra alcohol warmth and some mild bitterness.

Dec 26, 2008 Pours a bright cloudy golden colour with an enormouse white head. Aroma hits you instantly of lemon, banannas and possibly some cloves. Taste is pleasent, citrusy, spicey and fruity all around. Nice overall, im comparign it to the NG Imperial Weizen, and it doesnt stand up to it.

Nov 18, 2008 Crushed at the brewery with Jakebra and Rybra. Some banananas. Pretty intense weizen, but not as easy to drink as better ones. Compare to New Glarus, absolutely no contest. I might think this was great had I not tried NG Imperial Weizen first.
